Small but charming Quebec House was General James Wolfe’s childhood home. It gives a glimpse into family life in the 1730s. Now you can have a go at some of the pastimes Wolfe and his family would have enjoyed. You can also relive the dramatic battle that won America but tragically ended in General Wolfe’s death through our exhibition. You can discover some of Mrs Wolfe’s family recipes and her kitchen garden. You are also more than welcome to just pop in, sit in the delightful garden and enjoy some light refreshments. We have fun family trails, tracker packs and activities throughout the season too.
