Orchard Way is a family run bed and breakfast situated on a quiet lane on the outskirts of the village of Hawkhurst. Rooms are light and airy and all overlook large mature gardens. Breakfast is served in a bright garden room overlooking the rear gardens, and in good weather breakfast can be served on the patio.
We are centrally located for visiting the many attractions of the Weald of Kent including Sissinghurst Castle Gardens, Scotney Castle, Bodiam Castle, and Great Dixter. We are 25 minutes from Rye and Tunbridge Wells and 35 minutes to the sandy beaches at Camber and we are surrounded by many beautiful historic Kentish villages. There are well marked footpaths all over the area for walkers.
For evening meals it's a 5 minute walk to a popular gastro pub and there are other places to eat in the village.
For children we have a large garden with a trampoline and chickens! There are places to hire bikes and other activities for all ages at nearby Bewl Water and Bedgebury Forest.
